Terms of Service

Effective January 12, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing Finecore Atelier courses or using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing courses from Finecore Atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Responsibilities

  1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account and enroll.
  2. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
  3. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  4. Commercial redistribution or resale of course materials without written permission is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the platform to:

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach platform security
  • Harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others
  • Reverse-engineer course code or neural network architectures beyond what is explicitly taught
  • Share login credentials or host downloaded materials on public servers

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

All courses are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party provider. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials. Digital products generally do not qualify for refund after download or significant progress.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, lab exercises, neural network architectures, diagrams, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Finecore Atelier and its instructors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal learning only. No other rights are granted.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Finecore Atelier will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the materials. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in the preceding twelve months.

7. Modifications and Governing Law

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in San Francisco County courts.
